Then Click Download Link to Disk in the popup menu.
Save as: calisetup.dmg
Where: Desktop
Click Save

Agree to the license and next your way through to Finish

Click "Finish"

Change the access number from ***-1090

To ***-1091

(*** being your existing prefix)

Done! Use your existing username and password if needed.
